Gementi giornate d'inverno inflessibile
scintillano nel Murano machiavellico dei fiocchi,
neve grigiastra va ammansendosi
nel tangere il plumbeo carezzar della nebbia;
In nobile profilo dell'antica villa,
cornice rosata ad un Van Gogh appuntito,
tracciato di candide bocche voraci,
imbadisce miseri tavolati nodosi
con la levigata corteccia dei legumi,
fratelli dormienti su quel letto
d'ocra in granturco lavorato;
Le barchesse germinano in arti scheletrici
dal rosato corpo della villa,
il Duca Agricoltore doma con ratto
movimento di braccia, fiero mulinar di polsi,
belve feroci, enormi
di motori rombanti;
Le accomoda in disceso collimante ordine
all'ombra della magnolia,
colonna eterna
agghindata da Cerere con racemi smeraldo
del dolce privilegio di dorata primavera;
Il Duca Agricoltore appoggia sulle spalle
pesante iuta dal collo abraso,
misera cornucopia di sementi
di paesi lontani;
Composto nel panneggio imperfetto
della candida veste, sottesa
in fine cinta, vitreo richiamo
alla sottile linea, perfetta, della cravatta;
Sembra non fatichi,
Sembra stia docendo letteratura,
Sembra si prenda cura del nipote
ad ogni andata, sobbalzante di sollievo
ad ogni ritorno, chino su quel peso
ad ogni gentile indicazione
per il geniale, illitterato, compagno di fatiche
Per il bambino è un eroe,
Per il paese è un esempio,
Per il mondo è un brav'uomo,
Per Me è un Duca:
"esare Siori non vol dire avere i schei,
esare Siori vol dire non avere paroni,
esare Siori vol dire essarlo dentro ala to testa - al to cuore"

sguardo secreto dai suoi zaffiri
incastonati nell'oro del suo intelletto;

"Marmellade of stars for me!" told the Ancient Mariner of Time
Flowing - Founding - Flashing
desert in stormy weather of consciousness
the Ancient Mariner of Time slammed the door of destiny
barking at the old Chancellor of the Ministry of Experience
He harvested his wooden voice twice,
and gently remembered the world
his Truth inlaid in gentle marmellade of stars:
<< Panta rei suggests in charms his Majesty Eraclitus
Tempus fugit spoke up Virgilius
crawling in the peace
of his emerald lands
Be pleased of your life, no certainty hides behind tomorrow
advised his honour De’Medici,
whistling his heathen poetry
in a shining Westminster of damnation
Monsieur Sartre,
admiring the infinity hidden in a while,
curiously observed:
“Time is too wide. They tried to full it, but He does not want to be filled. Everything you through in it just decay and disappear”>>.
The Ancient Mariner of Time
brought the new portrait of future
to the kind carelessness of humans.
He, the man who sailed the seven seas,
He, the man who smiled at the death of the Sun in the Isthmus
He, the man who yelled at the Destiny at the chasm of the World
He, the man who frightened the Ancient gods with the soft thunder of his inquisitiveness
He, the man who ruled his world from the prison of his soul
The Ancient Mariner of Time whistled its Truth,
drawing away the curtains of Karma.
<< Time, beloved enemies,
it is not a killing desert with marble oasis of memories,
it is not a storm in the bloody ocean,
it is not a furious river in its inundation of thoughts
Time is a gentle elderly grandfather
smoking his pipe and sipping his life,
snorting smoke in clouds,
sweetly watching at his nephew.
The little boy runs towards that little garden,
for him
it is a jungle of adventures:
every little hill would look like giant Everest of life,
every little stone would weight like thousand of doubts,
every run would be a marathon,
every fall would be a somber jump in the dark,
every stick of wood leaned one to the other would be a castle
every young lady would be his Beatrix
every love in arms would be his Big Bang in Universe of thoughts
The Ancient Mariner moved out,
and before slamming the door,
played his violin to the old Chancellor of Experience:
If the little boy keeps its dreams in the cathedral of his life
he will sit next to the holy grandfather
watching the portrait of his world
shining on the treasure of wisdom.

vile impresa d’eroe
li dentro
NON ESISTE IL TEMPO
Un’ora,
per stridere l’ammantata perfezione della pagina
con polpastrello intriso di china,
l’alone sulfureo mi consegna dipinti d’ansiosa libertà,
Petrolio
in frizzi di saltimbanchi sciancati
in sberleffi di clown disperati
in motti di spiriti perduti
in ciglia aggrottate su volti levigati d’inespressivo, incipriato pallore
propaggine perfetta dell'orizzonte,
nero scheletro d'Odino
sublime altare pel verde privilegio primaverile
La mia terra scrive le sue poesie in paesaggi,
li tratteggia in fiumi d'acqua e ghiaia,
essi raccontano tante Guernica vissute in squadrate alcove di campi e casolari:
teatri per il raffinato faticare del lavoro
basiliche per il consacrato amore alla famiglia,
tabernacoli di poesie rimate in vissuto,
colossei per silenziosi riscatti sociali.
Passeggio con mio padre,
misurando i passi in rispettoso ossequio,

The Cantos of Prejudice: Let them come back [please confute me]
Ticking old clocks, imperiously Tackling minds;
ancient bombs, as forgotten heathen relics,
hide their megatons in jars,
for no more flashing Mushrooms - deadly cream in Our air,
for no more crazy aeroplanes in comets wounding the sky,
for no more Strangers praying their God with prayers of blood,
for no more diseases for human chickens
WE do not need bombs - No more, THEY told us
WE do not need to fear someone else – No more, THEY told us
WE do not need to hear Jerusalem bells,
yelling from the straight, turned on a lathe, horizon – No more, THEY told us
THEY do not need bombs – THEY have others
THEY do not need to fear us from someone ELSE - THEY are fearing US from US
THEY do not need to yell Jerusalem bells – THEY just need gentle calm marble words,
whistled in thunders by a new Farinata degli Uberti in tie.
Money on money trills on the dark grass, surface of the streets,
green fields, cuddled into plastic embraces
Marias in indigo stoles, packed in smoky shrines in abandoned museums ...
the crazy Poet of wisdom used to pontificate:
With Usura
hath no man a painted paradise on his church wall
harpes et luthes
or where virgin receiveth message
and halo projects from incision”
hath no man a painted paradise on his church wall
harpes et luthes
or where virgin receiveth message
and halo projects from incision”
Let them come back in their giant of diagrams of shining diamonds
Let them come back in their silky stoles
Let them come back waving the new-ancient heathen brochard “1000 nothing more than 1000”
Let them come back, praying for their help
Let them come back and offer the best of your knowledge, history, art, time and work
Do not fight - hate - destroy, just sit back and watch in silence the calm storm of Your mind
[thank you Mr. Pound]

Silver tears in Babylon: Merlin the Wizard poetry in a night of fireworks
Merlin the Wizard gently weeps His sweet Morgan,
she cries silver tears of art
while a blind phantom of light,
chasing the stars for a breath of wisdom,
dresses the night with his milky river of sadness
Merlin the Wizard howls poems of brotherhood,
he blends consciousness and dreams in castles
of marble words inlaid in smooth fields of love.
Merlin the Wizard caresses with embraces of sights,
his splintered voice erodes prejudices,
his splintered voice bewitches souls,
his splintered voice gently recommends your Eyes …
She persuades them To cream
the light of their Blue in diamonds
with the paper stage of a Victorian theatre,
house of sir William and his hearts flying in love of swallows
She persuades them To cream
the deep of the chasm in their Black
with the encouraging Universe
somber gentle father of the stars
She persuades them To cream
the fascinating storm in their Brown
with the elderly magnificent cupola
tailored in the emerald and opal of Sherwood
When you can fall for chains of silver you can fall for chains of gold
You can fall for pretty strangers and the promises they hold
You promised me everything you promised me thick and thin yeah
Now just say oh Romeo yeah you know I used to have a scene with him
Take your scene, play your role in the freedom of your mind.
